My home is situated in Gammel Mønt, which is one of the most lively and charming parts of Copenhagen. The area is renowned for it's excellent restaurants and cafes.

The famous Strøget pedestrian-only shopping quarter is in close proximity with many wonderful shopping attractions.

Public transport is available with easy access to bus- and trainroutes as well as the Metro on Kongens Nytorv, which takes you to the international airport in only 14 min.

Most of the main attractions of Copenhagen are situated within walking distance from the apartments, such as Tivoli Gardens amusement park, the waterfront and canals , Nyhavn harbor, museums, jazz clubs, the Royal Palace, the Kings Garden, Kongens Nytorv and the Royal Theatre and Opera Houses, Amalienborg, Copenhagen Street Food, Papirøen, Rundetårn, The little Mermaid, Nørreport, Magasin, Illum, Llama.

The apartment has a perfect location close to everything! Just around the corner is The Kings Garden and the Botanical Garden, and a 10 minutes walk takes you to the Lakes, the beautiful Ørsted Park, Østre Anlæg and the National Gallery of Denmark. In 1 minutes you can be in the King's Garden, where you can visit Rosenborg Castle or picnic in the sun. A little further down Gothersgade, you can enjoy a beer in Nyhavn. In 20 minutes you can walk down the main walking street Strøget, to the beautiful attraction park Tivoli, or Copenhagen Central Station, or the City Hall. In 20 minutes you can walk to the Little Mermaid.
The main shopping street(Strøget) is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment door, but there is of course also lot's of shopping options on every street corner, and plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. You can for example find The New Market Halls (Torvehallerne), where you can do all sorts of delicious shopping, with plenty of luxury, quality and ecology - really worth a visit for everyone!

The closest Metro Station, Kongens Nytorv, is only 5 minutes away. The apartment is also located 10 minutes from Nørreport Station, which connects the Metro with the railway system(S-train). From Nørreport you can get whereever you want to go!  If you would like to visit the beautiful museum Louisiana in North Zealand, take a walk in Dyrehaven with it's amusementpark Bakken - or if you want to visit the newer attraction The Blue Planet Aquarium in Kastrup. or maybe take the train to Malmo in Sweden for some shopping.
